Points for turning himself in?

March 17 (UPI) -- A man was googling himself when he found his name on the California Most Wanted list on gun charges and turned himself in to police.

Christopher Viatafa, 27, was at a party in San Leandro in August when he allegedly fired a gun into the ground several times. No one was injured, but police charged him with assault with a deadly weapon and put out a warrant for his arrest.

"Although it wasn't good judgement that landed him on the website, he did use good judgement in turning himself in after seeing his photo." said police.
