Orlando police said the man, who was wearing a dress, high heels and a wig, asked for a ride at an Orlando intersection Tuesday and he allegedly became angry when the women in the car refused, WESH-TV, Orlando, reported Thursday. She said the man chased the car and caught up at a nearby intersection where he threw a piece of concrete through the front passenger window. The glass shattered and the passenger narrowly evaded being hit by the chunk of concrete, Cleveland told police. "Nobody was cut, but we had like glass in our hair and in our clothes," Cleveland said. Cleveland said her 5-year-old daughter was in the back seat of the car at the time. "We were scared. We were in fear for our lives. We were scared because he could have had a gun or something because he had a purse," Cleveland said.
