WAYNE, N.J., March 12 (UPI) -- A couple whose security video caught real estate agents using their New Jersey house for a sexual encounter released the video to a TV show.

Richard and Sandra Weiner, whose lawsuit against real estate agents Robert Lindsay and Jeannemarie Phelan alleges Lindsay purposefully priced the Wayne house too high to keep it vacant for his sexual encounters with Phelan, released security camera footage of one of the couple's trysts inside the house to syndicated news magazine show "Inside Edition," the (Newark, N.J.) Star-Ledger reported Wednesday.

"They used our home as a cheap motel," Richard Weiner said.

Weiner said his cameras caught the couple using the home for romantic interludes 11 times.

"Inside Edition" aired an edited version of the tape Wednesday.

Lindsay, a former agent with Coldwell Banker, filed a countersuit against the Weiners, alleging they tried to extort him for $990,000 in exchange for not releasing the video.

Weiner told "Inside Edition" he did not demand any money from Lindsay.

"We didn't ask them for a cent," he said. "We asked them for a meeting."
