MURFREESBORO , Tenn., March 6 (UPI) -- This is certainly not on the menu…

When a Murfreesboro Police officer investigated a Tennessee man who was asleep in his car in a McDonald’s parking lot while the vehicle was running on Saturday night, he got a little bit more than he bargained for.

Officer Randell Gaines saw that Tracy Strawn was partially nude from the waist down while he was trying to wake him up and placed the drowsy man under arrest for indecent exposure.

Before Gaines began taking an inventory of Strawn’s car, he asked the 39-year-old if there was anything he needed to be concerned about in the vehicle.

“Mr. Strawn then stated ‘There might be a meth lab in my car,’” Gaines told the Tennessean. When Gaines opened up the passenger door, a “gasser bottle” tumbled out.

At that point, a methamphetamine cleaning crew was called and an active meth lab was discovered in Strawn’s car.

After he admitted to cooking methamphetamine, Strawn was found with “a quantity of meth in his possession” and plastic baggies that could be used to sell drugs.

In addition to indecent exposure, Strawn was charged with initiation of methamphetamine, felony possession of a schedule II drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
