BRUNSWICK, Ohio, Feb. 17 (UPI) -- Police in Ohio said a woman was arrested for allegedly throwing "special cut filets" at a supermarket employee working the meat counter.

The police report said Frances Slyman, 44, was shopping at the Giant Eagle store in Brunswick with her family Feb. 8 when she "went to the meat counter to retrieve some special cut filets," the Smoking Gun website reported Monday.

The report said Slyman allegedly threw two of the filets at meat counter worker Alzbeta Barath, 64, whom she accused of making comments about her husband's weight.

Barath told police she did not say anything about Slyman's husband and a witness supported her story, police said.

Barath declined medical treatment, but told officers she wanted to press charges.

Slyman was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor assault.
