The man's driver's license was revoked and he was issued a $620 fine, police said.

Police said officers responding to a report of a truck driving erratically later the same evening pulled over the same driver for a second time and his blood alcohol content was again found to be over the limit.

The driver allegedly told police he had consumed three more cans of beer since his first encounter with police and he did not think the alcohol consumption negatively affected his driving.

The driver was charged with aggravated drunken driving and for driving without a license.
