The MVP of Super Bowl XLVIII won the award after intercepting a Peyton Manning pass and returning it for a touchdown. Smith, the No. 242 choice in the 2011 draft, also recovered a fumble during the game.
"You dream of winning the Super Bowl," Smith said after the game. "But MVP? No. You put in the work and hope it's enough. But, recently, you appreciate every opportunity that comes to you."
