Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe COLORADO SPRINGS, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- Police in Colorado said a fugitive attempting to elude arrest fell through the roof of a dental office and tried to hide in a bathroom. Colorado Springs police said Andrew Stiern, 26, who was wanted on three felony warrants, was being chased by officers Thursday night when he fled into the Comfort Dental clinic, the Colorado Springs Gazette reported Friday. Advertisement Stiern apparently attempted to exit the building through the roof, but fell through a ceiling and instead ended up barricading himself in a bathroom. Police said Stiern surrendered after a brief standoff and was taken to the El Paso County Jail. Police said he will likely face new charges as a result of his attempt to flee.
