The "No Pants Subway Ride," an annual event that began in New York in 2002 and has since spread to cities around the world, will come to Madrid for its second year Wednesday as commuters without their trousers board and ride trains as normal, TheLocal.es reported Wednesday. Advertisement The organizers said they are hoping to avoid intervention from authorities by banning overly sexualized underwear such as "thongs or very tight briefs." The event is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. Wednesday at Madrid's Chamartin metro station.
