The Patriarch Publishing Center of the Trinity Lavra of St. Sergius monastery in Sergiyev Posad, which was set up with the endorsement of the church, is printing a monthly calendar for $6 featuring pictures of the Soviet dictator along with biographical facts, RIA Novosti reported Wednesday. Advertisement RIA Novosti said the Russian Orthodox Church had yet to comment on the matter Wednesday. The Dostoinstvo, or "Dignity," publishing house, which designed the calendar, has a history of releasing both pro-church and pro-Stalin publications. Dostoinstvo created a calendar last month featuring pictures of Russian czars and it costs twice as much as the Stalin calendar, $12.
