Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe OCALA, Fla., Dec. 20 (UPI) -- Authorities in Florida said a wallet left behind at the scene of an armed robbery helped them identify and arrest a suspect. Marion County sheriff's investigators said a wallet containing the state-issued ID card belonging to Keith Ray Howell, 22, was found on a dirt driveway behind the Quick King in Ocala following a Friday night armed robbery committed by two masked men at the store, the Ocala Star-Banner reported Friday. Advertisement Howell was pulled over early Wednesday morning while driving a silver Altima with a headlight out. Howell, who had two passengers, admitted his license was suspended. Deputies connected him to the wallet. Howell was charged with robbery with a firearm, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and driving while his license is suspended or revoked. One of Howell's passengers, Timothy Reid, 27, was charged with possession of marijuana less than 20 grams. Police are investigating whether Howell was connected to a string of similar robberies at five convenience stores and a supermarket dating back to Oct. 30.
