Investigators said they reviewed surveillance footage and job application records to identify the woman who stole a total of about $15 in tip money Friday from two jars at Five Guys in Rehoboth Beach as Melissa Brittingham, 44, of Rehoboth Beach, WXDE-FM, Lewes, Del., reported Wednesday. Advertisement Brittingham pleaded guilty to a theft charge and was sentenced to one year of probation and a $500 fine plus court costs.
