As part of his job with the Hallandale Beach Police Department, Officer Josue Hernandez, 28, is required to fill out community contact cards, detailing who he spoke to while on patrol throughout the day, the South Florida Sun Sentinel reported Sunday. Advertisement Internal Affairs opened an investigation into Hernandez's conduct after his supervisor noticed he filled out a dozen cards saying he spoke to the likes of wrestler Dwayne Johnson -- aka The Rock -- former Cincinnati Reds catcher Howard Schnellenberger and Samuel Clemens, also known as Mark Twain. Union leader Jeff Marano said he didn't know of Hernandez would appeal the suspension. Hernandez told Sgt. Terence Thouez, who conducted the investigation, that the cards were a joke and that he wouldn't do it again.
