SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 7 (UPI) -- Stripped-down joggers in the Utah Underwear Run paraded through the streets of Salt Lake City an hour after the end of the Mormon church's General Conference.

The annual underwear run had initially been scheduled for 4 p.m. Sunday, the same time as the end of the final conference session, but was pushed back to 5 p.m. by city officials due to concerns about worsening the usual congestion surrounding the end of a session at the Conference Center, The Salt Lake Tribune reported Monday.

The run started and ended at Library Square, going past State Street, Temple Square and the Capitol.
