Jeff Salvage, 46, said the pictures he took of his wife, Jennifer, 42, standing on the edge of an Easter Island volcano during their wedding five years ago, led them to take similar pictures at locations including the Swiss Alps and the Beijing Olympics, ABC "Good Morning America" reported Tuesday.
"We want to share the view of the world through the eyes of a bride," said Salvage, a professional photographer. "Being a bride is your happiest day until you have kids. We relive that day over and over."
The couple said they recently visited Greece and Russia and are planning trips to Singapore, Thailand and Cambodia next summer.
"In my wildest dreams I wouldn't have expected the dress to last this long," Salvage said. "I think we'll wear out before the dress does, without a doubt."
