NEW YORK, Sept. 19 (UPI) -- A New York real estate company is listing micro-apartments measuring only 100 square feet in Manhattan's Harlem neighborhood.

Douglas Elliman Real Estate's website has listings in a Harlem building for apartments each measuring only 8-feet-wide for a cost of $1,275 per month, WPIX-TV, New York, reported Thursday.

"Studios are small, clean, with compelling renovation. Suitable for one person," the listing states.

The site said each apartment has "large east-facing windows allowing for robust sunlight throughout the day."
