The office said the top names for boys during the past year were Harry, Oliver, Jack, Charlie, Jacob, Thomas, Alfie, Riley, William and James, The Guardian reported Monday. Advertisement Meanwhile, the top baby names for girls were Amelia, Olivia, Jessica, Emily, Lily, Ava, Mia, Isla, Sophie and Isabella. Riley was new on the list this year, knocking Joshua out of the top 10. Mia and Isla were also new additions, replacing Ruby and Grace, the office said.
