CARDIFF, Wales, Aug. 8 (UPI) -- A French au pair who vanished after admitting theft from her Welsh employers has left a Facebook trail that shows her partying across Europe, police said.

Emeline Marie Essertel, who celebrated her 24th birthday Wednesday, has updated her Facebook page 11 times since she jumped bail in March, The Daily Telegraph reported. Her pictures show her in County Donegal in Ireland and celebrating St. Patrick's Day in Dublin, visiting the Ann Frank House, the Rijksmuseum and the red light district in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and at popular London tourist spots, including Buckingham Palace.

Other pictures show her standing in front of a table laden with liquor bottles and mixers and posing in a low-cut top.

Essertel admitted in Cardiff Magistrate's Court she had used her employer's debit card to buy phone minutes. An arrest warrant was issued when she did not appear for a hearing March 20.

South Wales Police said they are investigating other accusations of theft against her and following her on Facebook.
