Driver arrested for allegedly blowing pot smoke at police officer

BOONTON, N.J., July 9 (UPI) -- A driver in Boonton, N.J., was arrested after he blew marijuana smoke into the open window of a police officer's patrol car, police said.

Police saw a suspicious, parked car early on June 29, the person in the driver's seat smoking marijuana. When the police officer pulled up alongside the car, driver Matthew Moore, 19, blew smoke from his mouth out his window and into the window of the patrol car, police said.

More was arrested and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, and released pending a court date, the (Newark, N.J.) Star Ledger reported Tuesday.
