The ad for rental company Sixt features an image of a sunglasses-clad Berlusconi, who was sentenced his week to seven years in jail for paying $5.86 million to have sex with underage exotic dancer Karima El Mahroug, next to an image of a sports car, The Local.it reported Thursday.
