The Okaloosa County Multiagency Drug Task Force, comprised of the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office, Niceville Police Department and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, said a group of five fishermen discovered a large package floating in the gulf Wednesday south of the Destin East Pass and turned it over to authorities.
