The Lincoln County Sheriff's Department said neighbors told deputies Lynn Marie Herzog, 50, was seen yelling profanities at children in their neighborhood, near Winfield, Sunday before donning a ski mask and approaching them with a chainsaw, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Wednesday. Advertisement Herzog, who was also allegedly photographing and videotaping the children, was charged with felony harassment. Police did not say whether she gave any reason for her actions.
