Be careful about dozing off at work, because it could cost your company millions of dollars.

A German bank supervisor took her former employer of 26 years to court after they fired her for failing to look over her payment slips. According to CNN, the woman failed to notice that one of her clerks had fallen asleep at his keyboard and held down the number 2 while processing a pensioner's payment request.

The sleepy mistake changed the payment from 62.40 to 222 euros (or $293 million). Though a court found that the woman often spent less than 3 seconds going over her colleague's work, a Frankfurt court said her company should have warned her before firing her.
