CAMPBELL, Calif., June 5 (UPI) -- A California doughnut shop said it will mark National Doughnut Day Friday by giving away doughnut holes stuffed with foie gras free of charge.

Psycho Donuts, which has locations in Campbell and San Jose, said the "foie bomb" pastry consists of a doughnut hole stuffed with foie gras mousse and pierced by a glass pipette containing balsamic gastrique, fig and honey, ABC News reported Wednesday.

A single salted and fried sage leaf rests on top of the treat.

Ron Levi, Psycho's doctor of donut derangement, said a limited number of the foie bombs will be available.

"We're planning on doing 100 of them, depending on how much foie gras mousse I can get," Levi said.
