Police said William Footman, 55, allegedly stole six rugs from Chase Bank ATM vestibules in the city and officers are looking at surveillance footage to determine whether he was behind 32 similar heists, the New York Post reported Wednesday. Advertisement Investigators said Footman fenced the $400 rugs for $30 apiece at a bodega in the Harlem neighborhood.
