John Brennan, 50, who was acquitted on the indecent exposure charge last year after he stripped off his clothing April 17, 2012, during what he described as an invasive security screening at Portland International Airport, appeared in federal court Tuesday to contest the $1,000 fine levied by the TSA after his acquittal, The (Portland) Oregonian reported Wednesday. Advertisement The TSA said the fine was for "interference with screening." Tuesday's hearing lasted five hours, with four TSA officials and a local police officer among those testifying. Judge George Jordan is not expected to make a decision in the case for at least a month.
