Cook County Assistant State's Attorney Katherine Levine said the teenager used his iPad to get the name and contact information for Dareka Brooks, 22, and they made arrangements for Brooks to visit the teen's Prospect Heights home and receive payment in exchange for sex, the Arlington Heights (Ill.) Daily Herald reported Friday.
Levine said Brooke arrived at the teenager's home and allegedly used pepper spray on him before leaving with his iPad and his piggy bank full of cash.
The teenager called police and Brooks was located in Elk Grove Village with the stolen items.
Brooks was charged with armed robbery and is due to appear in court May 31.
