ROCKLAND KEY, Fla., May 2 (UPI) -- Authorities in Florida said a man allegedly broke into his ex-wife's home before going to her workplace and attacking her and her boyfriend.

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office said George Rodriguez, 50, of Key West, allegedly broke into his ex-wife's house, threw a 65-inch flat screen television out of her window and drove over the TV with his truck when he left.

Rodriguez then allegedly went to his ex-wife's place of business, grabbed her by the hair and struck her. He then allegedly attacked the woman's current boyfriend and attempted to strike his head on the metal bumper of a truck, police said.

The fight was broken up and deputies responded to the Rockland Key business. Rodriguez, who was still at the business, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, battery, criminal mischief and burglary.
