Muhammad Nisham was cited by Peramangalam police under the Motor Vehicles Act and section 23 of the Juvenile Justice Act after a video was posted to YouTube of his son, Ishaan Nisham, driving the Ferrari on his birthday Advertisement Nisham, who has a collection of five luxury cars, said the complaint will not stop him from allowing his son to drive a newly purchased Lamborghini on the empty roads near his tobacco factory in Thirunelvelli. "We did not expect this kind of furor after we uploaded that video on YouTube. Anyway, unlike in Kerala, I don't think there should be any problem for a boy to try out a car in other states, especially when we ensure that it is done with utmost safety," Nisham said. He said his son enjoys driving fast cars and he hopes the boy will grow up to be a successful Formula One driver.
