CHICAGO, Feb. 6 (UPI) --
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel
showed up for jury duty at the Richard J. Daley
Center, but was sent home after a few hours.
The mayor's office said Emanuel met his fellow potential jurors Tuesday morning and watched a video called "How to Be a Juror," but was ultimately not selected to serve in a trial, the Chicago Tribune reported Wednesday.
Emanuel was at the Daley Center from 8:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
