NAPLES, Italy, Jan. 25 (UPI) -- Police in Italy said they arrested a man Friday accused of robbing two pharmacies and using a taxi as a getaway vehicle.

Naples police said Antonio Baldassarre, 30, allegedly told workers at two pharmacies in the Fuorigrotta neighborhood Oct. 6 he was the armed son of a Camorra mafia boss and escaped in a taxi cab with $269, ANSA reported Friday.

Police said the taxi driver was unaware of the robberies.

Baldassarre was arrested Friday after he was identified from security camera footage at the pharmacies, police said.
