PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla., Jan. 22 (UPI) -- Police in Florida said they arrested a woman accused of using a pint of ice cream as a projectile weapon against a neighbor.
Port St. Lucie police said the mother of Vanessa Pierre, 19, told investigators she argued with her daughter Dec. 11 about "allowing an unknown friend to live in her bedroom" and the teenager went outside the home while continuing to shout arguments, TCPalm.com, Stuart, Fla., reported Tuesday.
The police report said a neighbor came outside to investigate the shouting and found Pierre screaming "bad words."
"She called him [female dog], told him to go inside his [fornicating] house, and to get off her [fornicating] property," the arrest affidavit states.
Pierre allegedly threw a pint of ice cream at the neighbor, getting the frozen treat on his legs and shoes.
Pierre left the scene before police arrived, but she was arrested Jan. 15 on battery and criminal mischief charges.
