Police: Woman threw pan of sausages at man

BORAS, Sweden, Jan. 18 (UPI) -- Police in Sweden said a woman was charged with attempted assault after allegedly throwing a frying pan full of Swedish sausages at a man during an argument.

Boras police said the woman, who is in her 50s, threatened to kill the man during a heated argument and threw the frying pan full of Swedish Falukorv at the man, Swedish news agency TT/The Local.se reported Friday.

The frying pan missed the man, but he was struck by the sausages and grease, police said. He was not injured.

The woman was charged with attempted assault and making illegal threats.
