Daytona Beach police said Kenneth Rowe, 26, asked the clerk at Sharks Liquor Store to watch his 11-month-old infant Sunday night and left without the baby, WFTV, Jacksonville, Fla., reported Wednesday. Advertisement The clerk said the baby seemed hungry and bore a rash on the side of his face. Police said the baby was turned over to the Department of Children and Families and the father is facing child neglect charges.
