COLOGNE, Germany, Oct. 10 (UPI) -- A German man's lawsuit against a dominatrix alleged she "dominated" him too much and stole money from his bank account.

The 49-year-old undertaker told the district court in Cologne the woman, who he regularly paid for sex, refused to let him leave after the agreed-upon two hours and demanded his debit card and PIN while holding a knife to his throat, The Local.de reported Wednesday.

"I just wanted some erotic role-play, not to be dominated," the man said.

The man, who is currently staying at a psychiatric institute and was accompanied in court by a psychiatrist, said the woman became aggressive after doing cocaine and forced him to consume some of the drug.

The man said the woman had $1,263 withdrawn from his bank account using his debit card and PIN.

The woman said she had the money withdrawn to ensure she was paid for the encounter.

"I do this so often. I've had bad experiences," she said.

She told the court she was not unusually rough with the man.

"My clients pay me to hurt them," she said.

The court ruled both parties had large amounts of cocaine in their blood, making it possible one or both of them hallucinated and misinterpreted the facts of the situation. The woman was ordered to pay $257 to a charity that helps victims of crimes.
