BALTIMORE, Sept. 25 (UPI) -- Police said a man arrested after running through a Baltimore Ravens game in Batman shorts and a cape was the same man who streaked at a Baltimore Orioles game.

Baltimore police said Mark Harvey, 26, was charged with trespass, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace after running onto the field two minutes before the end of the second quarter Sunday at M&T Bank Stadium wearing only his Batman shorts and a cape, The Baltimore Sun reported Tuesday.

Police said Harvey was the same man who streaked at the Orioles' opening game in April. He escaped charges on that occasion due to a miscommunication from the City Attorney's Office, officials said.

Harvey said his stunt Sunday was designed to raise awareness of bullying. He had the words "Don't be a bully, be a superhero" written across his chest when he ran onto the field.

"We decided to bring Batman back for the cause of stop bullying," he said.

"Kids are dying because kids are picking on kids. I know a couple of people whose kids are getting bullied," he said. "I thought, 'I can make a difference.' "

Officials said Harvey will not be welcome at M&T Bank Stadium in the future.
