Spokesman Greg Aiello said Brian Stropolo was removed as a side judge for the Saints' game against the Carolina Panthers Sunday in Charlotte after officials saw a picture on Stropolo's Facebook page of him decked out in Saints gear, CNN reported Monday.

"He was taken off the game due to the information disclosing that he is a Saints fan. We must avoid even the appearance of a conflict," Aiello said

Stropolo was among the replacement officiating crew hired by the NFL when it was unable to reach a labor agreement with its regular staff before the season started. Aiello said Stropolo has been replaced by alternate Tim Keese.

Boy, 9, has a hit with anti-sagging song

NEW YORK, Sept. 17 (UPI) -- A 9-year-old New York rapper is gaining attention for his anti-sagging song, "Pull Ya Pants Up," and its accompanying music video.

Amor Arteaga, a Brooklyn boy who raps under the name Lilman, said he wrote the song with his father, Juan, 37, before spending the summer filming the music video, which also features Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz, the New York Daily News reported Monday.

"I'm tired of seeing all these dirty underwears when I am walking down the street. Pull 'em up!" Amor raps in the video. "Think that you swaggin' cause your pants saggin' -- Pull ya pants up. Pull ya pants up."

Armor said he thinks the message of his song is important.

"It's disrespectful showing your butt off," the fourth-grader said. "I'm always seeing boys, girls, rappers, singers -- everyone is sagging out."

Armor, whose song has proven popular on YouTube and local radio stations, said his next song will speak out against violence and bullying.

"There's too many shootings. Even little people like me are getting killed," Amor said. "I see a lot of different things on the news. We gotta stop the killings."

"People were jockeying for position outside the stall to take pics either over or under, and even standing up on the toilet bowl on the neighboring stall," the tipster told Deadspin.

The New York Post reported the couple received a standing ovation from their fellow fans when they exited the restroom.

The Yankees beat the Rays 5-3.
