Police: Couple did sex act in public pool

EAST NAPLES, Fla., Aug. 17 (UPI) -- Authorities in Florida said they arrested a 49-year-old couple for allegedly engaging in a sex act in a public pool.

Collier County Sheriff's Deputies said neighbors in East Naples called 911 about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and reported seeing a man performing a sex act on a woman in the Green Valley Circle community pool and a deputy arrived to find the man was nude, the Naples Daily News reported Friday.

"This is why no one likes you guys," the woman, identified as Merrie Killian, 49, allegedly said when the deputy arrived.

The man, identified as Erich Wiedmann, 49, told the deputy he wasn't wearing clothes because he was a nudist.

Killian was arrested on a disorderly intoxication charge and freed after posting $1,000 bail. Wiedmann was charged with indecent exposure and held in lieu of $2,000 bond.
