TYLOSAND, Sweden, Aug. 16 (UPI) -- Police in Sweden said they arrested a man seen drunkenly driving a golf cart with his elderly father in the passenger seat and another man standing in the back.
Tylosand police said officers in a patrol car spotted the unusual vehicle driving away from a restaurant and followed it to a home, where the driver quickly ran inside, The Local.se reported Thursday.
Police said the elderly man initially demanded of the officers, "What the hell do you think you're doing," but he took them inside to find his 34-year-old son when they threatened to get a search warrant.
The 34-year-old admitted he had been drinking at the restaurant and a blood alcohol test found the man was over the legal limit for driving.
The man was arrested and charged with drunken driving.
