Security officers responding to a suspected burglary in the Parent Information Center of the School District of Manatee Wednesday night noticed a broken pane of glass in the entrance door, found the man sprawled on a couch and notified police, the Bradenton Herald reported Friday. Advertisement Arriving officers arrested Barry Douglas White and charged him with burglary of an unoccupied building, the police report said, adding White could not explain why he thought the school district building was his motel.
