Be careful where you say "I do." That's just practical advice, right?
In Las Vegas, however, don't try saying "I do" on the sidewalk, unless you first give it some serious thought.
Two entrepreneurs in the risky city, who say they became ministers via the Internet at American Marriage Ministries, are now driving around town in a small panel truck, tossing a welcome mat on the curbside and performing wedding ceremonies for a fee -- only $99.
Of course, you never know when that moment hits, when you realize the person you are window shopping with is the one with whom you want to share the rest of your life.
"We both saw the potential. There could be real money here," ABC News quoted co-owner of the business Andy Gonzalez as saying.
On the other hand, love is fickle. Don't try this in Voronezh, Russia: Falling in love with a thief.
Police said a 25-year-old man wooed a 24-year-old woman, who canceled her wedding with another man, then invited her new suitor to live with her. The man later confessed that the love affair was a scam that allowed her to steal all of the woman's valuables -- the laptop, jewelry and cash, RIA Novosti reported.
"The detainee admitted that he committed the crime because of financial troubles ... . His son is seriously ill and requires expensive medication," a statement from the Voronezh Region Interior Ministry Department said.

"Stop making noise. Morning and afternoon is OK, but nighttime is not," deputies reported the gunman as saying.
Police could not find the man, who waved a gun as he confronted the students.
But they did have a strategy for finding him, as police had a hunch he lived within earshot of the camp.
