LL Bean sells Fenway tarp tote

BOSTON, June 8 (UPI) -- Clothing retailer LL Bean said it will sell limited edition tote bags made from a tarp used by the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park.

LL Bean, based in Maine, said it will celebrate the 100th anniversaries of both the company and Fenway Park by selling 2,012 of the tote bags, which were made in Maine from a tarp used during the 2011 and 2012 baseball seasons, WMTW-TV, Portland, Maine, reported Friday.

The Fenway Boat & Tote, modeled after the 65-year-old LL Bean's Boat & Tote, will go on sale at 9 a.m. Tuesday for $59.95.
