Ystad police said witnesses told officers the money fell from the woman's bag Tuesday afternoon and passersby rushed to help her reclaim the clash, but the woman fled before they could give her the money, The Local.se reported Thursday. Advertisement The witnesses who gathered up the money turned it over to police, who said a 90-year-old woman had been robbed of $19,973 cash and some gold jewelry just moments prior to the incident. "She let in two women who said they wanted to see how a two-roomed house looked like in the residence. One of the women went out on the balcony, while the other went into the bathroom," Ystad police spokesman Stefan Martensson told the Sydsvenskan newspaper. The incident is under investigation, police said.
