MURFREESBORO, Tenn., May 22 (UPI) -- Two Tennessee men face felony charges for allegedly vandalizing a McDonald's because their order was wrong and they were "cussed out" by the manager.

The Murfreesboro Police Department said Christopher Slate, 21, and Sean Mosey, 23, were charged with felony reckless endangerment and vandalism after they allegedly threw a brick and a piece of concrete through the restaurant's windows early Sunday, The Smoking Gun reported Tuesday.

The Christian Post reported the men received an order from the restaurant Saturday night and returned when they discovered the order was wrong.

"We got cussed out and told to get the [expletive] out of their line," Slate told WTVF, Nashville.

Slate said he and Mosey went home and got drunk before returning to the eatery a second time to throw the objects through the windows.

The store's manager suffered an injured leg, police said.

Mosey, who required stitches after he fell while being chased by police, is also facing a public intoxication charge.

Both men are free on bond and scheduled to appear in court July 11.
