Man finds 1938 Superman comic in wall of house
VERMILION, Ohio, May 16 (UPI) -- An Ohio man who suffered a possible broken hip when he tumbled down a ravine was distracted by chasing a "giant snake," his wife said.
Vermilion police Chief Chris Hartung said Dennis Obermiller, 61, was air-lifted to Mercy St. Vincent's Medical Center in Toledo after he fell to the bottom of a creek bed on Brownhelm Station Road, the Sandusky Register reported Wednesday.
The man's wife told police Obermiller had been chasing after a "giant snake" when he lost his footing and plummeted into the 30-foot ravine.
