LONG BEACH, N.Y., May 10 (UPI) -- Neighbors of a New York state gym have filed a lawsuit alleging noise from the facility is hurting their businesses.

The lawsuit, filed by financial-services expert Joseph Hamlet, Top Hat Barbershop owner Mishoir Murdakhayev and neighbor Robert Moore, said the sounds of grunts and weights being dropped at CrossFit King of the Beach in Long Beach can clearly be heard from neighboring buildings and is hurting their businesses, the New York Post reported Thursday.
