GREAT FALLS, Va., April 24 (UPI) -- Neighbors in a suburban Washington neighborhood said they are concerned about a businesswoman's plans to construct a Versailles-inspired mansion in their area.

The house, dubbed "Le Chateau de Lumiere" by owner Young Yi, 38, chief executive of the 1st Class Sleep Diagnostics Center, is planned to span 25,424 square feet on a 5-acre plot in affluent Great Falls, Va., The Washington Post reported Tuesday.

Former Gannett chief executive Craig Dubow and his wife, Denise, filed a lawsuit this month against Yi and her builder, alleging the mansion would not fit with the "sylvan character" of the neighborhood, the plans violate neighborhood covenants and the home could cause local property values to plummet. The Dubows said they want the plans to fit in with the "conservative" aesthetics of the neighborhood.

The Dubows and their attorney declined to comment to the Post.
