NORTHFIELD, Ill., April 20 (UPI) -- Illinois company Kraft Foods said an Oreo commercial featuring a breastfeeding baby that has gone viral online was never meant for the public.
The Northfield, Ill., company said the ad, which shows a woman's exposed breast and an infant holding an Oreo with the tagline "Milk's Favorite Cookie," spread quickly online and was reported in some media outlets as a commercial running in South Korea, the New York Daily News reported Friday.
However, a Kraft representative said the ad was never meant to be seen by the public.
"This ad was created by our agency for a one-time use at an advertising forum," the representative told TMZ.com. "The ad was never intended for public distribution or use with consumers.
"It has never run in Korea or any other markets," the representative said.
