Joe Binder, valet at Mario's Restaurant on Arthur Avenue, said his long life might be a result of being "very nice to people" -- and not having any children may be "one of the reasons I've stayed stress-free," the New York Post reported Monday. Advertisement "I still drive locally and I just renewed my license so I'm good until I turn 110 years old," Binder said. Binder, whose birthday was celebrated by his Arthur Avenue neighbors Sunday with a huge banner stretched across the street, said he was lucky to have made so many friends during his years working for Mario's. "Sometimes I think I'm dreaming when I think of how many people love and care for me here on Arthur Avenue," he said. Binder said his 48-year-old girlfriend helps keep him young. "There's no sex involved, just companionship," he said, listing dancing as one of their most frequent activities.
