The 68-year-old was charged Friday with aggravated insurance fraud and making false statements, Italian news agency ANSA reported. Advertisement The man was allegedly collecting disability payments for his vision problems. Investigators say the man was asked to come into the police station to go over some paper work. While there, he was filmed reading and signing documents. Police also reported him to the motor vehicles' department.
